These phones look and work just like a brand new phone but they are Factory Refurbished. We provide a 30 day warranty on all phones and they are thoroughly pre-tested before they leave our warehouse.
If you are having a problem with your phone and you need an exchange you MUST first contact us via email at email@example.com to get an RMA number for exchange. Once you have an RMA number, please send your phone (just the phone, no SIM card, battery or Charger) to the address we provide you. Inside the package, please include your full name, phone number, and return address. Also you MUST include a note describing the problem you are having. PLEASE NOTE: If you send back a phone that is physically damaged (you dropped it or damaged it), or water damage, then we will NOT exchange the phone. You will be sent back the same phone. The exchange period is 30 days from the date your phone was received. You are responsible for shipping the phone back to us at your own cost. During the exchange period you are only entitled to ONE phone exchange.
If you would like a refund for any reason, you must contact us in writing via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund within 7 days from the day you received your phone (The day you received your phone from us is verified by the USPS tracking number from your original purchase.) In the event of a refund, you are required to send back the full package to the address we provide you and it must be in the same condition it was in when you received the product from our company. If there is any user damage or water damage, you will not be granted a refund. You are responsible for shipping the phone back to us at your own cost. We will not issue a refund after the 7 day period under any circumstances. If any refund is ever granted after 7 days from the date you received the phone, then it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
